相同工况下,DSC-TOLL结温相比单面TOLL大幅降低,器件可靠性和服役寿命得到提高;芯片并联数量较多时,DSC-TOLL器件可以减少使用数量,实现降本增效。

● DCS-TOLL器件RDS(on)降低,相同工况下,功率损耗减少8%,系统使用器件数量可减少。

● DCS-TOLL器件热阻降低、通态电阻降低、散热能力提升40%、通流能力增加。

● DCS-TOLL器件雪崩能量提高35%,器件短路耐受能力提高,产品服役可靠性提高。

● DCS-TOLL器件芯片承受热应力降低,器件使用寿命提升。
