The Driver Core is a PCB-based drive module that has all the basic functions of the driver, including galvanic isolation, various protections, DC/DC power supplies, etc. In addition to the driver core, the customer's PCB also needs to contain other additional components, such as input interfaces, gate resistors, active clamps, etc., which together with the driver core form a complete IGBT or SiC MOSFET driver. The isolation voltage of the drive core is between 600V and 5kV, and the power of a single channel is up to 3W.
