PCID4340 is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver that can effectively drive power switches such as MOSFETs and IGBTs. PCID4340 is designed to dramatically reduce the breakdown current from the inside, delivering high peak source and sink current pulses to the capacitive load to achieve rail-to-rail drive capability and a very small propagation delay of only 20ns typical. PCID4340 is capable of delivering 5A peak source current and 5A peak sink current.
