PCID2015
The PCID2015 series is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver that efficiently drives power switches such as MOSFETs and IGBTs. PCID2015 uses a design that dramatically reduces the pass-through current from the inside, delivering high peak source and sink current pulses to the capacitive load to achieve rail-to-rail drive capability and a very small propagation delay of only 18ns typical. PCID2015 can provide 4.5A peak source current and 5.5A peak sink current with 12V VDD power supply.
