PCID2005 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. CMOS technology with proprietary high-voltage integrated circuits and latched immunity provides a reliable single-chip driver solution. The logic input level is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, and supports logic as low as 3.3V. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage to reduce driver cross-conduction. Floating channels can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations and can operate up to 200V.
