PCOD5343 is a single-channel optocoupler-compatible isolated gate driver product suitable for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs. Its peak drive current ranges from 1.0A to 4.0A and is available in different UVLO voltages. Compared to optocoupler gate drivers, it offers significant performance and reliability improvements, while maintaining pin compatibility with optocoupler gate isolated drivers. Performance improvements include high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), low propagation delay, and low pulse width distortion. The input stage of the PCOD5343 is an "analog diode", which has no aging problems and high reliability compared to conventional optocouplers. The SOP6W-T package is available with a creepage distance and an air gap distance of >8mm. Its relative tracking index (CTI) > 400V.
