PCID8233S
PCID8233S is a dual-channel isolated gate driver with 4A/6A source/sink capability, ultra-high CMTI, and support for different configurations. PCID8233S configured as a dual-input, high/low half-bridge driver, pulling the DIS pin low shuts down both outputs at the same time and allows normal operation on open circuit or pull-up. VDDA/B supply voltages up to 33V are available for all output drivers. A wide range of VDDI inputs from 3V to 18V makes the driver suitable for both analog and digital controller interfaces, and all supply voltage pins are protected against undervoltage lockout (UVLO). PCID8233S available in SOP16 packages. The SOP16 package supports 3.0kVRMS isolation withstand voltage. The high CMTI, low propagation delay, small package, and flexible configuration make PCID8233S ideal for isolated driving MOSFET/IGBT, SiC, and GaN FET.
